Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your FDE Coach account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page tells you how to do it and what happens next.

This applies to FDE Coach (fde-coach.admitix.in) and to messages we send you by email or WhatsApp.

• Account details: your name, email address and an encrypted password.
• Learning records: your lesson progress, lab results and use of the Lab Assistant.
• Plan and billing records: your plan and a reference to your Stripe customer record. We do not store card numbers.
• Email preferences: your marketing consent and unsubscribe choices.
• WhatsApp: if you message us or opt in to WhatsApp messages, your phone number and the messages between us.

• Send an email to suyash@fdecoach.com from the email address on your account.
• Use the subject line "Delete my data".
• If you want us to delete only some of your data (for example, only your WhatsApp number), tell us in the email.

If you cannot send from your account email, write to us from another address. We will ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete anything.

To stop WhatsApp messages from us, reply STOP to any message. We will not send you more WhatsApp messages.

To delete your phone number and WhatsApp messages from our systems, send the email described above.

• We confirm that we received your request by email.
• We delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
• We send you an email when the deletion is complete.

When we delete your account, your access to FDE Coach and any Pro plan ends. Cancel an active subscription before you ask for deletion, or tell us in your email and we will cancel it for you.

We keep payment and invoice records that the law requires for tax and accounting. Stripe also keeps its own payment records under its own policy.

Copies in our backups are deleted when those backups expire.
