Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Admitix ("we," "us," or "our") covering your access to and use of FDE Coach, including the website fde-coach.admitix.in and the cohort-based training program offered through it (together, the "Program").

By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise using the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

FDE Coach is a live, cohort-based training program designed to prepare engineers for Forward Deployed Engineer and related roles. The Program may include:

• Six modules covering frontend, backend, cloud, AI engineering, and client consulting, plus a milestone project.
• Instructor-led live sessions, self-paced labs, code and architecture reviews, and module-end hackathons.
• Mock interviews and direct referrals to hiring partners.
• A subscription to AI tooling (such as Claude) provided for the duration of the Program.
• A certificate of completion backed by your shipped work.

We may update, reorder, or improve curriculum, schedules, tools, and instructors to keep the Program current. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to enrolled learners.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• Accounts use an email address and a password you create. You must verify your email address before signing in.
• Student pricing requires registration with a valid academic (.edu or equivalent) email. We may verify eligibility and adjust pricing if an account does not qualify.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at coach@admitix.in of any unauthorized use.
• One account per person. You must be able to form a binding contract; if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

• Individual modules are offered at the price shown at enrollment (currently $500 per module; $1,500 for the milestone project). The full program is available as a bundle at a discounted rate.
• Eligible students may receive a student discount applied at enrollment.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Prices may change over time; the price shown at the time of your enrollment applies to that enrollment. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Seats per cohort are limited and allocated on confirmation of payment.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted to coach@admitix.in. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Because cohort seats are limited and materials and tooling are provisioned per learner, refund eligibility may be reduced once a cohort has begun or access to materials, tooling, or sessions has been granted. Any specific refund window communicated at enrollment governs that enrollment.

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the Program for your own learning. You agree to:

• Engage in good faith and treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners with respect.
• Not share, resell, record, or redistribute sessions, materials, or tooling access provided to you.
• Not use the Program or any provided tools for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Comply with the usage terms of any third-party tools provided as part of the Program.

We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the cohort.

Our materials

All curriculum, lessons, recordings, exercises, and related materials are owned by Admitix or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. They are provided for your personal learning and may not be copied, distributed, or used to create competing materials without our written permission.

Your work

You retain ownership of the projects and code you create during the Program. By submitting work to hackathons or showcases, you grant Admitix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and feature that work (for example, naming hackathon winners or featuring shipped projects) for promotional and educational purposes. Let us know if you'd prefer your work not be featured.

The Program includes mock interviews and may include introductions or referrals to hiring partners. Referrals are made at our discretion based on your participation and performance.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, salary levels, or any specific career outcome. Hiring decisions rest solely with the respective employers.

The Program relies on third-party services (for example, AI tooling such as Claude, cloud providers, and payment processors). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their offerings.

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will lead to any particular skill level, certification value, admission, or employment outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admitix and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Program.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• You may stop using the Program at any time and may request account deletion by contacting coach@admitix.in.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the cohort or the Program.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Before any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at coach@admitix.in so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners. Your continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
