This Privacy Policy explains how Admitix ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use FDE Coach (fde-coach.admitix.in) and the cohort-based program offered through it (the "Program").

By using the Program, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

Information you provide

• Account details: your name, email address, account type (professional or student), and a securely hashed password.
• Enrollment details: the modules you select and information needed to process payment (handled by our payment provider).
• Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and feedback.
• Program work: projects, code, and hackathon submissions you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (from IP), browser, and operating system, used for analytics and security.
• Cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent where required.

• To create and manage your account and verify your email address.
• To deliver the Program, including sessions, materials, tooling access, hackathons, and certificates.
• To process enrollments and payments and to provide support.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, important updates) and, where you opt in, occasional program updates.
• To facilitate mock interviews and, with your involvement, referrals to hiring partners.
• To analyze usage, improve the Program, and keep it secure.

We use essential cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage your preferences through our cookie consent controls and your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Program:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, including our cloud and email infrastructure (AWS, including SES), our payment processor (Razorpay), and AI tooling providers used in the Program.
• Hiring partners, only in connection with referrals and with your knowledge and involvement.
• Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Program.
• Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to this Policy.

Your information is stored on infrastructure provided by reputable cloud providers. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data, including hashing passwords and encrypting data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Program, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at coach@admitix.in. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.

We send transactional emails (such as email verification, password resets, and essential program notices) that are necessary to operate your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active. Any marketing or promotional emails include an option to unsubscribe.

The Program is intended for users who can form a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We operate from India and may process and store information there and in other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Program, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
