Admitix Apply is a free browser extension. It fills in application forms from a profile saved on your own computer, so you stop typing the same details into every company's form. It never submits an application for you: you check every field and press Submit yourself.

What it fills in
- Contact details: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, GitHub and portfolio
- Address: street, city, state, postcode and country
- Experience: current company, job title and years of experience
- Work-authorisation and relocation answers, flagged for you to check
- Equal-opportunity questions, if you choose to answer them
What it leaves to you
- Your CV and cover letter: browsers don't let an extension attach files, so you upload them
- Free-text questions such as “Why do you want to work here?”
Set-up
Install it in five steps.
Download and unzip
Download the extension and unzip it into a folder you'll keep. Deleting the folder removes the extension.
Open the extensions page
In Chrome or Edge, go to
chrome://extensionsand turn on Developer mode (top right).Load unpacked
Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder. Admitix Apply appears in your toolbar.
Fill in your profile once
Open the extension, enter your details, including your sponsorship and relocation answers, and save.
Autofill an application
On a job's application page, open the extension and choose Fill this application. Check everything, then submit it yourself.
Your data stays yours
Your profile is saved only in your browser's local extension storage. It is not sent to Admitix. CV and cover-letter uploads are left for you to attach on the company's page.

The jobs board lists open forward deployed, AI and software roles, with a direct link to each application.
