Your request for read access to SAP S/4HANA (shipments, vendors) and Snowflake (OPS.CORE.EXCEPTIONS) is waiting for two approvals: the data platform team's data contract, and the CISO's review of the vendor account. The current wait for both is about ten working days.

So you aren't blocked, central operations exported the exceptions view as a CSV on Sunday 5 April. It is in data/export/OPS_CORE_EXCEPTIONS.csv. It is a one-off export: no shipments, documents or carrier events yet.
