The prompt
"You're the forward deployed engineer for a voice-AI vendor, working with a US freight brokerage. Its dispatchers each own a book of truckload shipments and phone carriers several times per load: where is the truck, when will it arrive, is anything wrong. Those calls fill most of the day, and the answers land as free-text notes in the transport management system. The VP of operations wants a voice agent to make the routine check calls and bring only the problem loads to a person. The dispatchers are wary. The last tool that 'helped' left them a month of notes to fix. Walk me through how you'd scope this, what you'd build, and how you'd roll it out without breaking the dispatcher's day."
