The prompt
"You're the forward deployed engineer for an AI vendor. A US card issuer, credit and debit, runs a dispute operation of a few hundred analysts. Volumes are up, investigation deadlines are tight, and quality reviews show analysts reaching different outcomes on similar evidence. The head of disputes wants an assistant that gathers the evidence, drafts the finding and drafts the letter to the cardholder, so analysts decide faster. Compliance says three things stay intact: the regulatory clocks, the reasons cardholders are given, and an audit trail an examiner can follow. Model risk will ask how this fits their framework.
